Returns
Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns of engraved seals nor provide exchanges or cancellations after the order has been placed. However, unused, non-engraved items such as ink pads may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Refunds for those will be for the purchase price only excluding shipping.
Shipping costs incurred by our company are not reinbursed.
Exchanges
Reporting a Suspected Product Defect or Engraving Error
If the product is suspected to be defective due to an engraving error made by us or other condition, please contact us within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. We will respond promptly to make appropriate arrangements.
Adjustments to Refund Amounts
Our return fee, which includes tax and transfer fee (currently JPY880 - subject to change) are deducted from any return amount paid to you. Additional expenses will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
